What happens next

We read every message, usually within a few days. If you leave an email address, we reply to it. Without one we cannot answer, but we still read what you sent.

We keep your message, the link and the email address if you give them, and a one-way hash of your IP address, never the address itself. We delete the email address when we close your message. The privacy page has the details.

Reporting one link?

Use Report a problem on the item instead. It tells us exactly which link you mean, and a link reported as going nowhere is checked again within five minutes.
