About EmuMods
A reference site for people who play older console games on emulators.
What EmuMods is
Each game has one page that lists the texture packs, patches, codes, translations and ROM hacks that work with each release of it, by region and serial. Every item links to its creator's own post, and we check those links every week.
We say whether a fix is built into the emulator or is a separate download. For a built-in fix, we name the setting that turns it on.
Box and disc art belongs to each game's publisher. The photo on each handheld's page belongs to the company that makes it. To have any image taken down, use the contact page.
Who runs it
EmuMods is an independent site, run by a passionate group of gamers.
It is self-funded, and there are no ads.
On the handheld pages, EmuMods may earn a commission from the links marked affiliate; the prices are the stores' own.
What we do not do
We link to creators' posts and never host their files. We never list game files, ROMs, ISOs, BIOS or firmware, pre-patched images, or packs that bundle game files. How we source explains how items are found and checked.
There are no accounts. You can browse, submit an item or write to us without signing up. The privacy page lists what we keep.
